Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does "Available by order" mean?

Some items are not in stock in our warehouse, but can still be ordered. We have this option so that we can offer a gerat variety of products to our customers, while still offering low prices.

Once you pay, it takes 7-12 working days for the item to arrive at your address, depending on the country you are buying from.

Once we recive the item, we will send it to you immediately using the shipping method you chose.

All items that are only available by prior order are marked as such.

2. I have ordered a product that was only available by order. When will I receive the product?

Regarding payments made for items whose status was AVAILABLE BY ORDER, we require a period of 7 to 12 working to  days to deliver your order.

If we do not deliver the order within that period, the customer may choose to extended the waiting period or proceed to a payment refund.

Only paid orders guarantee the item will be reserved. For unpaid orders of items whose availability status in AVAILABLE BY ORDER, there is no guarantee that the items will be reserved.

 

3. What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we are shipping to all countries within the European Union.
